We can roll this bhakari like roti with rolling pin. The dough is prepared by mixing hot water and pinch of salt in mix bhakari atta and knead a soft dough. Then rolling it on rolling pin or flatten by hand. We can eat Mix Bhakari in any season. Preferably bhakari can be eat in night.
