• Beewel offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that Beewel trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to always keep your transaction details confidential.
• You may use Internet Banking, UPI and Wallets to make your purchase.
• We also accept Cash on Delivery but due to Covid protocol presently it’s been disabled.
• Beewel also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards.
• All credit card and debit card payments on Beewel are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

What steps does Beewel take to prevent card fraud?

Beewel realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team.
In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.

Shipping

• Beewel make the product delivery across India. We use all major logistics partner to give best delivery experience to our customer.
• The delivery is free for Orders above Rs.500/- across India. In case the order value is less than Rs.500/- we charge a nominal delivery cost of Rs.50/- per such order to offset the logistics cost.
• To check the Shipping service availability please put your area PINCODE in the given field and click the check button. This will also provide the expected delivery time.
• All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays) , after receiving your order . You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. It is important to note that the order processing time is different from the shipping time.
  Domestic Shipping and rates and estimates: As of now shipping id free for all orders irrespective of the order value for domestic orders.

Cancellation & Return Policy

• You can modify or cancel your order till the order is not dispatched. Once the order is dispatched it can not be cancelled or modified.
• Our products are being the food items, so we follow NO RETURN policy.
